BOOKING Booking is subject to the provision of a valid credit card. If a credit card is not valid or not provided, the booking is not confirmed nor secured. Booking will be cancelled if attempts to contact the guest failed to produce a valid credit card.
CANCELLATION On cancellation , 50% payment will be charged for cancellation made less than 30 days of arrival. 100% payment will be charged for cancellation made less than one (1) day of arrival and for no show on the day of arrival.
PAYMENT Boooking made within 30 days of arrival will be debited 50% payment and is non-refundable if booking is subsequently cancelled. Bookings made more than 30 days of arrival will be debited the 50% payment later within 30 days of arrival and is similarly non-refundable.
CHECK-IN Check-in time is between 2pm and 5pm. For early and /or late arrival, arrangement must be made with reception at +44 1723 364 692 / +44 7761 934 117.
DAMAGES Guests will be responsible for all charges for damages to premises, for any extra cleaning fees like steam cleaning or removal of unhygienic waste, for replacement of keys lost or not returned, and for replacement of any soiled beddings and linen.
EVICTION Noise and disruption to other guests will not be tolerated. Alcohol and smoking are not allowed in the premise. Management reserves the right to evict guests after one warning and offers no refund.
LOST OF PROPERTY The management will not be liable for any damages to or loss of property brough in by the guest.
