BOOKING Booking is subject to the provision of a valid credit card. If a credit card is not valid or not provided, the booking is not confirmed nor secured. Booking will be cancelled if attempts to contact the guest failed to produce a valid credit card.
CANCELLATION On cancellation , 50% payment will be charged for cancellation made within 30 of arrival. But 100% payment will be charged for cancellation made less than one (1) day of arrival and for no show on the day of arrival.
PAYMENT Boooking will be debited 50% as pre-payment . The pre-payment is only refundable if the booking is cancelled more than 30 days before arrival. The balance 50% payment will be taken at arrival.
CHECK-IN Check-in time is between 2pm and 5pm. For early and /or late arrival, arrangement must be made with reception at +44 1723 364 692 / +44 7948911870.
DAMAGES Guests will be responsible for all charges for damages to premises, for any extra cleaning fees like steam cleaning or removal of unhygienic waste, for replacement of keys lost or not returned, missing TV remote control, and for replacement of any soiled beddings and linen and missing bed cover. Lost keys or keys not returned will be charged £50 per room. Missing TV remote control / TV indoor antenna will be charged each at £20.
EVICTION Noise and disruption to other guests will not be tolerated. Alcohol and smoking are not allowed in the premise. Management reserves the right to evict guests after one warning and offers no refund.
LOST OF PROPERTY The management will not be liable for any damages to or loss of property belonging to guests and visitors.
NO SMOKING Smoking is not allowed within the building and bedrooms. There will be a charge of £20 for anyone smoking within the premise.
